When to File Your Exemption Documents.

The Board of Review accepts exemption applications for approximately 30 days, four times each year. You can find these dates by clicking on the “Dates and Deadlines” bar above or by calling 312-603-4693.

Documents are accepted for review only during one of these four exemption filing periods; the B.O.R. will return your exemption application if it is postmarked after a filing period ends.

Mail, or bring in person, the original and one copy of your application and supporting documents to:
