Property Tax Assessment Appeal Webinars for Hanover Township
Bartlett, IL-- Cook County Board of Review Commissioner Dan Patlak will be holding property tax assessment appeal webinars for taxpayers seeking to appeal their 2020 property tax assessments.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the traditional outreach seminars this year will be held online for the safety and convenience of the public and the Board of Review staff.
The webinar is co-hosted by Hanover Township Assessor Thomas Smogolski, Hanover Park Mayor Rodney Craig, Cook County Commissioner Kevin Morrison, and Indian-American Coalition Director Nimish Jani. The hourlong session will educate taxpayers on how to file a successful assessment appeal.
The webinars include a presentation by Commissioner Dan Patlak explaining the appeal procedure at the Board of Review. Analysts will be available online via chat to answer specific questions and concerns. This event is free to the public, and there is no fee to appeal at the Board of Review.
