Effective December 3, the Cook County Board of Review reopened previously closed townships for assessment appeals. These townships will be open for appeal December 3–12, 2025. Visit this link to view open townships and file an appeal: https://appeals.cookcountyboardofreview.com/

Analyst Assistance Day

To better assist residents, District 2 will be hosting a series of Analyst Assistance Days designed to provide guidance and support. These sessions will be open to all affected townships and will serve as an opportunity for residents to receive direct assistance and answers to questions. Please bring your PIN Number, located on your property tax bill and questions.

Appeals filed at an Analyst Assistance Day event after the deadline will still be accepted late by Commissioner Steele until December 17, 2025.

The Board of Review will not accept re-appeals of PINs already submitted for 2025.
